Spencer Connett
After many years groundworks contracting experience, Spencer Connett and Tony Barker formed Barconn. As the company has grown, with it came another office based in Essex where Spencer heads up the Groundworks and Civil Engineering Division.
Tony Barker
Tony Barker developed TBL Concrete Ltd into one of Norfolk’s largest independent concrete companies. Tony was also a ground worker and decided to pool his expertise with Spencer Connett to form Barconn in 2000.
Lee Mansfield
Lee joined Barconn in 2002 after many years working in the groundworks and civil engineering sector. Lee has played a major role in the steady and successful growth of the company and in 2006 received recognition for his tremendous efforts by being appointed as an Associate Director.
