Riverside Timber Frame

The company was set up in December 2007 specifically to meet the growing demand for timber frame homes. Originally set up in Norwich adjacent Riverside Joinery the company moved to Dereham in February this year. Riverside Timber Frame is a joint venture between Barconn and Riverside Joinery and therefore benefits from the skills and experience from both its sister companies.

We have completed projects ranging from individual self build properties up to sites of 32 homes working for many local building contractors especially in the social market sector.

Our system is based on the open panel method using 140mm studs with OSB and breather membrane externally allowing you to insulate to the desired standard. We are happy to supply only the panels or undertake the complete timber frame package.

The standard package is to supply and erect: wall panels, floor joists, chipboard flooring, roof trusses, fire sock, soft landing bags for fall arrest, engineer calculations and NHBC certification. With our sister companies we can also offer a complete watertight shell complete with insulation if required.
